By entering into any contract or agreement with Logo-logos.net for products and/or services to be provided by Logo-logos.net, including without limitation ordering any products or services through the Logo-logos.net web site (hereinafter referred to as your "Contract" with Logo-logos.net), you hereby agree to abide by, comply with and be legally bound by the policies, terms and conditions hereinafter set forth (these "Terms and Conditions").
For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, references to the products and/or services provided by Logo-logos.net shall include, without limitation, logos, designs, names, graphics or similar materials or information, whether or not protectable, corporate gift items, printing services, web design, screen savers, stationery, brochures, marketing materials, search engine marketing and other design services, and any and all future product or service offerings of Logo-logos.net.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you should not order any products or services from Logo-logos.net or enter into your Contract with Logo-logos.net. These Terms and Conditions are hereby incorporated by reference into your Contract. To the extent that any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with any provision of your Contract, the provision set forth herein shall be deemed amended so as to be consistent with the provisions of your Contract.

You are responsible for regularly viewing these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that Logo-logos.net shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, amendment, suspension, discontinuance or other change to these Terms and Conditions.
Use of Free Logos
All logos that are available for free are copyright and are owned by Logo-logos.net. All free logos are non-excusive and remain available for any number of downloads. Downloading files from this site will not authorize you to use copyrighted logos without permission. Users may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display or in any way exploit any of the content, software, material or services, in whole or in part, without obtaining prior authorization from Logo-logs.net. Not having authorization will be regarded as a violation of Copyright Law.
Logo-logos.net grants permission to users to visit the site and to request a Free Logo provided a written acknowledgement is made on the user website in the manner stated by logo-logos.net. Logo-logos.net does not grant the right to resell or redistribute any information, documents, images or material from its website or to compile or create derivative works from material on its website. |
